Oatley Vigmond Partner Liane Brown will be speaking at the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) 2026 Fall Conference: Trial. Deconstructed. on November 5, 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
The conference brings together members of Ontario’s plaintiff trial bar for a day focused on practical trial strategies and advocacy. Liane will present a session exploring the effective use of jury questions as a strategic advocacy tool throughout the trial process.
Her presentation will examine the purpose and objectives of jury questions and how they can be used to focus the jury’s attention on key issues, reinforce the theory of the case, and support persuasive advocacy from the outset of a trial.
