Adam Little is Managing Partner at Oatley Vigmond, and a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation with more than 25 years of experience representing seriously injured clients. He has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and focuses on cases involving medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and complex insurance disputes. Early in his career, Adam represented physicians, giving him valuable insight into how medical cases are defended. He now uses that perspective to advocate for patients and families affected by serious injury and medical negligence. Adam is also a frequent speaker and contributor to leading personal injury publications.

He began his career defending physicians in medical malpractice claims before focusing his practice on representing injured plaintiffs. Troy has acted as lead counsel in numerous trials and appeals across Ontario, including the notable case of Little v. Floyd Sinton Limited, which resulted in a $7-million judgment for a young woman who sustained a severe brain injury. He is a frequent speaker and educator on personal injury law and has been recognized by Best Lawyers and Lexpert.

Karen Vigmond is a Partner at Oatley Vigmond, with a focus on medical malpractice. She also has experience in product liability, occupiers' liability, motor vehicle accident claims, and accident benefits. Karen is known for her compassionate approach and works to ensure clients feel supported and comfortable throughout the legal process. She is active in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Spinal Cord Injury Ontario.

Lara Fitzgerald-Husek is a Partner at Oatley Vigmond who represents individuals and families affected by serious injury. She previously practiced insurance defence at a leading national firm, giving her valuable insight into how insurers approach personal injury claims. Lara's practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits, medical malpractice, occupiers' liability, product liability, and long-term disability claims. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and her Juris Doctor and MPA from Queen's University, and was called to the bar in 2013.
