Colleen MacDonald is an Accident Benefits Specialist with a number of years of experience providing rehabilitation and support services to individuals with acquired brain injury, spinal cord, orthopedic injuries and other personal impairments.
Colleen has worked as an Analyst in the Major Claims Unit for a large casualty insurer in the area of Statutory Accident Benefits. Colleen provides prompt and effective assistance with accessing insurance benefits that clients are entitled to following an automobile accident. She helps assemble a reliable community rehabilitation and long-term care team for her clients.
Board Member – Brain Injury Association of York Region, 2019 and ongoing; Chartered Insurance Professional, (CIP), Insurance Institute of Ontario; Business Administration Diploma, Mohawk College.
Colleen is currently a member of the Insurance Institute of Ontario and the Ontario Insurance Adjuster’s Association. She has presented and attended at various seminars and conferences relating to Statutory Accident Benefits, catastrophic impairment, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury.
