Steven’s practice areas include brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic injuries, and other personal impairments. He provides prompt and effective assistance to help Oatley Vigmond clients access the insurance benefits to which they are entitled following automobile collisions and helps assemble a trusted network of rehabilitation and long-term care specialists for their recovery.
Before joining Oatley Vigmond in 2012, Steven spent more than 16 years in the insurance industry as a claims manager, specializing in automobile accident collisions, personal injury, and litigation. His extensive experience in claims management has given him a unique understanding of the insurance system and how insurance companies operate. This insight allows him to guide clients through the complex claims process with clarity and confidence, ensuring they receive the support and compensation they deserve.
When he isn’t working, Steven remains actively involved in his community. As a former manager and trainer with the Barrie Minor Hockey Association, he was responsible for ensuring the safety, first aid, and overall health of players. He also supports and participates in a variety of local charitable initiatives.

Steven is a Chartered Insurance Professional and a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Insurance Institute of Canada.
