SABS Is Changing - Here's What it Means for Your Practice

If you provide care to patients injured in motor vehicle accidents, these changes matter to you. Our free Roadshow is built specifically for healthcare professionals navigating accident benefits and MED/Rehab funding.

— ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Oatley Vigmond is hosting a complimentary educational conference series for healthcare professionals who treat patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. With changes to Ontario’s Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) expected this year, the way insurance companies respond to treatment plans, medical funding, and rehabilitation approvals may shift. These conferences are designed to provide practical insights into how the accident benefits system works, what upcoming reforms may mean for healthcare providers, and strategies for navigating treatment plan approvals and common claims challenges.

The Roadshow Series will take place in several communities where Oatley Vigmond frequently represents clients, including Sault Ste. Marie on April 9, 2026, Markham on April 16, 2026, Barrie on April 23, 2026, Sudbury on May 14, 2026, the Tri-Cities (Kitchener-Waterloo/Cambridge) on May 26, 2026, and Niagara Falls on June 11, 2026.

While our firm represents clients throughout Ontario, hosting events in these cities gives us the opportunity to connect directly with healthcare providers in the communities where many of our clients receive treatment and rehabilitation. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how SABS changes may affect patient eligibility, MED/Rehab funding, and the delivery of care in clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation settings.
