Chris suffered a severe traumatic brain injury when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed. For several years, Chris’s auto insurer refused to pay attendant care benefits and other accident benefits to which he was entitled. Two years after retaining Oatley Vigmond, Chris’s auto insurer agreed to settle all of his past and future accident benefit claims by paying a lump sum amount.
