Lucia was injured when a 600 lb item fell from the back of a delivery truck and struck her. She required surgery and was left with permanent impairments to her dominant arm.
Although the impact of the injury on health/activities and the loss of income post-injury continues for me going forward, I take comfort from the settlement resolution finally being behind me.
