On July 27, 2015, Neil was struck by a negligent cab driver in broad daylight. Dash cam footage from the cab showed that the Defendant made no effort to avoid hitting Neil. The collision left Neil with ongoing impairments which impacted his activities of daily living and ability to run a small, family business with his wife.
