Dedicated family man dies in motorcycle crash

An inexperienced driver crossed the centre-line while trying to pass other vehicles and crashed head-on into our client. Our client was riding his motorcycle at the time and died as a result of the crash. He was survived by his wife and two school-aged children. We sued the other driver for the family’s lost income, the loss of services our client would have provided to them, and the loss of his care, guidance and companionship.
