Young Man Suffers Severe Brain Injury from Cargo Container

Our client, a young man, was driving along a secondary highway in Ontario. He had no way of knowing that a massive steel container had been loaded improperly onto the back of a tractor trailer. As the tractor trailer turned a corner the container came loose and flew like a missile into our client’s vehicle.
