Our client was a passenger in a vehicle when another driver lost control of their vehicle in snowy, icy conditions and crashed into her vehicle head-on. Our client suffered a fractured clavicle and tibia, as well as soft tissue injuries to her neck and back. She also suffered psychological trauma including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
