Young man suffers life altering injuries due to drunk driver

Our client suffered a mild traumatic brain injury and fractures to his pelvis when a drunk driver crashed into him from behind while they were driving on the highway. The drunk driver was coming from a bar where he had been drinking about ten minutes earlier. We sued the drunk driver and the bar for serving the defendant to the point of intoxication.
