Crash with Transport Truck on 401 Injures Husband and Wife
Our client was a successful health care professional in his prime income earning years. He and his wife were travelling on the 401 when a transport truck veered into their lane and struck their car from behind, causing them to spin out and crash into the guardrail. As a result of the crash, our client suffered a concussion and neck injury, resulting in constant neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, cognitive issues and difficulty sleeping. He was unable to return to his career and suffered a substantial loss of income. His wife was also injured, requiring surgery to her shoulder. The litigation against the trucking company and our clients’ accident benefits insurer resolved prior to trial for more than $2,000,000.
