Teenage Girl Loses Arm in Boat Motor Mishap

Our client was a lovely teenage girl who was a member of a synchronized skating team. A team member’s mom took our client to the lake country to go tubing. Our client was tubing behind the mom’s boat when the outboard motor stalled. Without taking care to turn off the motor the mom unkinked the gas line. The motor came to life. The boat lurched forward.
