Biopsy Surgery Causes Nerve Damage

During a biopsy procedure, a surgeon removed a portion of our client’s ulnar nerve, thinking it was a lymph node.  As a result, our client lost a substantial amount of the use of his dominant hand, leaving him unable to work in the construction industry.  Despite additional surgeries to try and repair the damage, the disability remained.  We settled our client’s lawsuit against the surgeon for more than $300,000.
