Mother and Unborn Child Killed by Speeding Driver

A 30-year old wife and mother of two young daughters was killed by a driver speeding at double the limit on a busy thoroughfare in Owen Sound. She was 9 months pregnant at the time of her death. We sued the speeding driver and the deceased’s own insurance company, as the speeding driver was uninsured.
