Doctor Failed to Properly Respond To Critical Genetic Condition

This was a case about a doctor who failed to properly treat our client when he was two months old. The doctor failed to act appropriately upon receiving critical lab results that were indicative of a genetic congenital disorder, which required immediate treatment.
