Julie was involved in a motor vehicle collision on December 31, 2010 when a driver turned left into her path causing Julie to swerve and collide with a pole. Julie suffered a catastrophic right tibial plateau injury requiring surgery. The attending surgeon referred to her knee injury as being “virtually unreconstructable” and considered amputating Julie’s leg. Julie underwent many lengthy stays in hospital, followed by years of rehabilitation.
“My experience was extremely positive through the entire process. I made an appointment to meet with Jim’s team for a second opinion after being told by a different law firm that I didn’t have a case. Jim’s team worked endlessly on my case and kept me apprised. I was always treated with the utmost professionalism, and when I called to ask a question, they always knew who I was and had an answer for me. They made me feel as if I was their most important client. My final outcome with Oatley Vigmond is that I will have enough money to live comfortably for the rest of my life.”
