Articling Students

The articling program at Oatley Vigmond is designed to teach our students the advocacy skills that you will need to become the next generation of personal injury litigators.

We involve our students in all aspects of a personal injury litigation practice. This includes assisting in preparation for trials, mediations and pre-trial conferences. Our students also accompany lawyers to pre-trial conferences, mediations, trials and client meetings. Our students assist in drafting pleadings and motion materials. They also appear regularly on motions before the Superior Court of Justice.

Summer Students

As with the articling program at Oatley Vigmond, the summer student program is designed to teach our students the advocacy skills that they will need to become the next generation of personal injury lawyers.

For students who have completed their second year of law school we offer the opportunity to work with our firm from mid-May to mid-August each year. Invitations to return to the firm to take part in our articling program are often extended to the summer students.
