10 year old Trevor Boasley was in charge of monitoring a school wide initiative recycling program at the request of his teacher. Trevor was alone and unsupervised on the top floor of the school when he fell or slid down the banisters and hit his head against the concrete floor. He suffered a severe closed head injury. As a result of his brain injury he suffered and will continue to suffer emotional, cognitive and memory impairments for the rest of his life. Trevor’s mother, Valerie, resides with her son and has provided him with and will continue to provide him with nursing and housekeeping services on a daily basis.
“Both lawyers that worked on the case were incredible. The outcome of Trevor’s case was much more than I ever thought it would be.
I really wasn’t sure what to expect when I took my son’s case to Mr. Oatley. The first meeting was very informative. At no time did Mr. Oatley give me false expectations. I appreciate his honesty.
During the past years we were always treated with respect. The staff was always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really believe the lawyers and staff definitely went the extra mile for us.”
