Catherine joined Oatley Vigmond in January 2025. She has worked in the insurance industry for 21 years with a focus on accident benefits claims for 15 years. She has experience in adjusting claims of all levels including minor injury claims, complex and catastrophic claims. Catherine also has experience in developing and training adjusters with a focus on injury claims, customer service, and client advocacy.
