$5.5 Million Settlement
We represented the family of a high-earning man who tragically passed away following a head-on collision. The surviving family suffered their own injuries in the collision. The family also suffered damages (both pecuniary and non-pecuniary) stemming from the death of their spouse/father.
We were able to advance the claim to a mediation in just over one year while simultaneously building a complex dependency loss claim. At the mediation, we were able to negotiate a resolution of $5,500,000.
