Family of teen fatally struck by SUV sued by motorist for her ‘pain and suffering’
Brian Cameron and the Oatley Vigmond team are proud to represent the Majewski family whose son Brandon Majewski was struck and killed by motorist Sharlene Simon while riding his bicycle on Oct 28, 2012.
The Majewski family, from the town of Innisfil, recently found out the driver is suing them for more than $1 million for the ‘pain and suffering’ she sustained after taking the teen’s life.
