Oatley Vigmond Partner Kevin Henderson will be speaking during the Law Society of Ontario’s upcoming 4th Motor Vehicle Litigation Summit.
Kevin will be participating in a panel titled, ‘Treatment and Medical Assessment during COVID and Beyond‘. Discussion points will include the future of assessments (virtual visits), which assessments require in-person, and access to justice issues.
