Sunaina Chadha was a 33 year-old wife, mother, and MBA graduate who was injured shortly after she moved to Canada. Sunaina was hit by a car while walking across a street with the legal right of way. Sunaina suffered severe fractures to her right knee & left wrist. Treating and medical/legal doctors agreed that she will require total knee replacement surgery.
