On July 2, 2015, Yvonne was involved in a motor vehicle collision when the defendants failed to stop for a red traffic signal and violently collided with the driver’s side of Yvonne’s motor vehicle. She sustained severe injuries to her lower back, left hip and left leg. Yvonne continues to suffer from widespread pain, reduced mobility and her quality of life has been severely diminished.
