In February 2003, Katelyn was 17 years old. She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a close friend. Two of her other friends were in the car. A drunk driver crossed over the centre line. There was a violent head-on crash. Two of her friends were killed. Katelyn suffered significant injuries.
“I appreciated the fact that everyone we dealt with was sympathetic and spoke in terms we could understand. They were great from the beginning – very friendly and personable.
I always felt as though they were willing to help. Even now that my case has been settled for about a year, I still feel as though they are there to help. I even got homework help. That’s above and beyond.
I would recommend them full heartedly. I would never want to be across the table from him but he is great to have on your side. It was the best experience it could have been all things considered.”
