Linda was a devoted high school teacher who was on her way to becoming her school’s science department head. She was driving through an intersection when another driver pulled a U-turn in front of her. She suffered a mild traumatic brain injury, and her symptoms would not go away. She returned to work but had to cut back her hours to part-time. Oatley Vigmond helped her get a settlement that made up the difference between part-time work and full-time work.
Oatley Vigmond is the best of the BEST. Not only were my lawyers amazing at their jobs, but the team of legal assistants, accident benefits specialists and even assistants and secretaries were just amazing to deal with from beginning to end. They are diligent, responsive, hard working and actually cared about my well-being. Through their guidance, I was able to turn very sour lemons into lemonade. I am very thankful that I was able to have them on my side.
The dedication and expertise my OV team displayed over these past three years is nothing short of amazing. If it weren’t for them, I would not be here today. I do not say that lightly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and really understood the difficulty one faces when hit with a life-changing event such as a TBI.
Special thanks to Charles Jung, Troy Lehman, Sean Power, Jenny Crossland, Hope Jaggard, and Anna Dalzell. You made a terrible circumstance more bearable. I will never forget the kindness and professionalism you showed me.
