Mike was injured when the motorcycle he was driving was cut off by a driver who drove directly into the path of his motorcycle. Mike suffered severe orthopaedic injuries and has lost the use of his right arm.
Throughout the duration of the file I was well informed and made to feel at ease. Even though it was a very traumatic event I felt confident I was with the right people. The Vigmond Team worked like a well-oiled machine. They were always on top of my case. Questions asked by my wife or myself were always met with professional courtesy and directed to the proper people for answers. Everyone was very caring and thoughtful. Throughout the lawsuit we were treated with respect and compassion. My life will never ever be the same but I didn’t have to worry about all the intricacies of the legal side. I concentrated on getting better and I believe that I recovered further than at first thought because of the readiness of professionals as required. I cannot say enough of the way I was guided through this chapter of my life other than thank you from the bottom of my heart for the effort by Oatley Vigmond for bringing this matter to a very fair outcome. We don’t have choice sometimes in harm that becomes us be we do have a choice in whom we place our trust. I’m so thankful we made the right choice.
