These fine people were seriously injured when an elderly man turned left in front of them in an intersection. Both suffered serious fractures. Robert Foster, a retired police officer, suffered a stroke because of damage to his carotid artery. The stroke left Robert with a profound brain injury. We sued both the at fault driver and our clients own insurer over the issue catastrophic impairment.
“We were extremely impressed with Oatley, Vigmond and their staff from the moment they came to the hospital to talk to us to the successful conclusion of our mediation. We were overwhelmingly pleased with our outcome.
We did not have the knowledge of what we were entitled to from our insurance company but Bill Kirwin and his staff successfully guided us through the process with compassion and patience.
We were treated very professionally by the Oatley, Vigmond staff. Everyone was truly sincere and caring. They took the time to explain procedures and answered all our questions. They were always available or immediately returned our phone calls and emails.
Roger and Ryan were very well informed and knowledgeable about our specific case at all times. Their professional expertise was exceptional and they provided us with access.”
