Multi-million Settlement
At a young age, our client had a medical test which suggested she had a life-threatening condition. Her family doctor mis-read the test and no diagnosis was made. Years later, she suffered a cardiac arrest as a result of the condition, resulting in a severe brain injury. She required constant supervision and care due to her poor memory and cognitive problems. She would never work or lead a normal life.
