We represented the family of a man who was tragically killed when a landscaping truck struck his motorcycle. The deceased was a well-paid factory worker with children ranging in age from their early teens to mid-twenties, a spouse, a grandchild, several brothers and sisters, and an elderly mother. The case settled in advance of trial for $1,500,000.
