$900,000 Settlement
Our client was involved in a head-on crash with another vehicle at highway speeds. The vehicles were destroyed. As a result of the crash, our client fractured both ankles, his foot, his leg, his ribs, and numerous facial bones. He required multiple surgeries to repair the fractures. He also suffered internal injuries and a traumatic brain injury, leading to a finding of “catastrophic impairment” under his accident benefits policy.
