$16 Million Settlement
Our client was in grade school when they suffered a traumatic brain injury including a basal skull fracture, left epidural hematoma, and right sided nerve palsies. They went on to make a good recovery considering the severity of the brain injury.

Given our client’s young age and ongoing impairments, a large portion of the settlement was placed into a “structure”.
