$950,000 Settlement
A careless woman was rushing home from work when she ran a yellow light with her SUV and crashed into a vehicle that was turning left. The crash propelled the SUV onto the sidewalk where it struck and killed our teenaged client, as she was walking home from school. Our client left behind two siblings, and a mother and father.
