Fiona Tobin
Fiona is dedicated to advocating for clients, helping them to recover just compensation after a personal injury. She is strongly committed to ensuring clients and their families feel heard and supported while navigating the legal system.
Fiona was a summer student and an articling student at Oatley Vigmond before joining the team as an associate in 2025. She holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto.
During her time at Osgoode, Fiona participated in the Anti-Discrimination Intensive Program, offering legal advice and representation to applicants at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, researching access to justice issues in northern Ontario. In her spare time, Fiona enjoys hiking, canoeing and reading novels.
