Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the leadership we have provided to the personal injury bar. Our firm’s past and present partners have served in such roles as president to the Advocates’ Society and president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association. Three of our past and present partners have been fellows of the American College of Trial Lawyers, which extends fellowship only to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality.

Leadership in the Field

Our commitment is also demonstrated by the time we invest in improving the skills of our colleagues. Each of our lawyers speaks regularly at personal injury conferences, contributes articles and provides advice and counsel to other lawyers and health care professionals. In addition, one of our partners designed, and taught as professor, the personal injury advocacy course at Queen’s University Law School, which continues to be taught today by another of our partners.
