$965,000 Settlement
4 young siblings, ages 5, 6, 10 and 12, were all injured as passengers in a car crash when their mother who was driving, veered across the centre line, clipped another car, lost control of her vehicle, and crashed into a guardrail.
Despite wearing their seatbelts, each these children suffered serious injuries. The youngest one suffered from significant anxiety and emotional difficulties following the crash. The other three siblings suffered cognitive impairments, chronic pain, and debilitating headaches. We had to sue the children’s mother for colliding with another vehicle and losing control, but were able to recover $965,000 for these four children whose lives were affected so profoundly.
