Our client suffered a concussion (mild traumatic brain injury) while at work. She was the office manager for a company in Toronto. She hired a moving company to move the office furniture to another location. As our client was overseeing the move, one of the moving company workers caused a computer monitor to fall off a shelf and strike our client in the head. She suffered a concussion with permanent cognitive deficits.
