$1.15 Million Settlement
A drunk driver crashed into our client from behind as he was driving home from work, causing him to cross into the oncoming lane and crash head-on with another vehicle. Our client died as a result of the crash, leaving behind a wife and two young children. We settled the case prior to trial for $1,150,000.
