Helen has been working in the insurance and legal industries for more than 29 years. She has a wide range of experience and education from working in the insurance industry in both Canada, Belgium and the United States as an accident benefits adjuster, independent field adjuster, paralegal, agent producer, risk assessment specialist, Accident Benefits Unit Claims Manager for the Atlantic, intake-coordinator, and Claims Manager. She has her Chartered Insurance Professional designation and is working on completing her Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional designation. She also has her Risk Management Certificate, is a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, her Certificate in Rehabilitation Management, her Masters of Sociology and her Masters of Business Administration. Helen is a returning member of the Oatley Vigmond family having worked for 10 years for Oatley Vigmond in the past and is happy to use her expertise, experience, and education in working with clients who have sustained serious traumatic injuries achieve their goals of rehabilitation for a brighter future.
Helen is a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada, a licensed paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario, and a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. When Helen is not upgrading her education, she is an avid traveler having lived across the world, supporting animal causes and military veteran causes in various locations around the world.
