Lisa Stark
Prior to joining Oatley Vigmond in 2020, Lisa worked in the insurance industry for 12 years with a focus on accident benefits claims. She has experience in adjusting complex and catastrophic claims, team leading, mentorship and alternative dispute resolution. With the knowledge and insight of how an insurance company operates, Lisa acts as the primary liaison with the accident benefits insurer and is effective at obtaining benefits from insurance companies.
Lisa is dedicated to providing the best customer service and advocacy to our clients during their recovery. She has extensive experience working with individuals who have sustained brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic injuries and other personal impairments. Lisa is involved in hospital discharge planning and assembling a reputable and reliable community therapy team.
Lisa holds an honours Bachelor of Arts in criminology and political science from York University. She is committed to continuing education and is a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada, currently working towards earning her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, travelling and camping.
